Summer Off Season Programs

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER HERE FOR EACH SESSION AND CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL

  • Beginner

    Age 6 - 10

    Thursdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM

    6:00 PM - 7:30 PM On-Court + Games

    Saturdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

    10:00 AM - 11:30 AM On-Court + Games

  • Intermediate

    Age 11-12

    Thursdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM

    6:00 PM - 7:30 PM On-Court + Games

    Saturdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

    10:00 AM - 11:30 AM On-Court + Games

  • Elite

    Age 13+

    Thursdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

    7:00 PM - 8:30 PM On-Court + Games

    Saturdays:

    Dry-land/conditioning: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

    11:00 AM - 12:30 PM On-Court + Games

The Summer Off-Season Program for Beginners, Mid-Level, Advanced, and College Athletes!

This program is designed to help players improve defensive and offensive skills. The division of groups ranging from beginner to Collegiate athletes is to cater to individual skills and create challenges that each group will have to collectively learn to overcome. This program is designed to help players in the off-season, get better at their skills, but most importantly, their basketball IQ. 

The program includes weekly games, training, and weight sessions.

Training Sessions will consist of:

  • Shooting

  • General concepts of the game 

  • Read and react

  • Scramble scenarios (3 vs 2 or 5 vs 4 in-game situations)

  • Ball screen reads

  • Defensive principles 

  • Gameplay reads

  • Film Study

  • And more

Dates: June 27 - September 14

  • Thursdays & Saturdays - Training/Weights + Games

Cost:

Full 3-month commitment

  • $100 deposit - then three $200 monthly payments

  • Register for all three months that the training program is offered

  • Charged every 4 weeks - need a card on file

1-month or 2-month commitment

  • $100 deposit - then 1 or 2 $200 monthly payments

  • Not sure if you’ll be able to attend all three months? You can register for the training program month by month.
