SPRING CIRCUIT

One Rock Spring Circuit is powered by Prolific Sports House and is Calgary’s first, premier, and professionally run basketball circuit designed for elementary, middle, and high school players! Players get the chance to play in a series of weekend “tournament style” sessions in hopes to be the first ever “One Rock Champion”. The One Rock Spring Circuit is where you only need ONE time to Shine! Young athletes from various skill levels can compete in a dynamic, fun, and engaging environment throughout the Spring Season. This circuit features three weekend competitive sessions that will help your program qualify for the One Rock Grand Finale, The Big Apple Bash. ALL teams that qualify will compete to be the first annual One Rock Spring Circuit Champion.

**IF YOUR PROGRAM DOES NOT WANT TO COMMIT TO BEING IN THE CIRCUIT, THAT’S FINE! YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP TO JUST PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT, BUT YOUR PROGRAM WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND FINALE.

MISSION:

One Rock Spring Circuit aims to provide an equal platform where teams can play in competitive games, have fun, gain exposure, and create the ultimate experience in an unmatched atmosphere.  

COST:

Each session weekend will cost $650. Guaranteed 4 games.

There will be an admission cost for all spectators with weekend and day rates.  

HOW IT WORKS:

FORMAT:

  • Three weekend “tournament style” sessions (rules apply) + Grand Finale.

  • 4 games per session. 16 min stop time halves.

  • Each session will have a Gold, Silver, and Bronze winner that earn points based on your results. If you lose you get lesser points.

  • Each team qualifies for the Big Apple Bash Grand Finale (must read team requirements) but based on your results will determine your seeding for the final tournament.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Committed Albertan teams must attend (two) One Rock Circuit Sessions

  • Committed Non-Albertan teams must attend (one) ORC Session in order to qualify to be eligible to attend the Big Apple Bash Grande Finale.

  • Players and Coaches MUST Check in and get a wristband in order to enter the gym.

  • Coaches are required to wear professional team gear on the sidelines - polo, dri-fit, kakis, or kaki shorts. Gear must have team logo.
